Event Tickets
Tickets to Saint City Mahjong events are typically non-refundable, but they can be transferred to other people.

Private Parties
Private parties are typically reserved for groups of eight (8) or more. A deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance will be invoiced to the host during the week of the event. This balance is calculated based on the pricing agreed upon at the time of booking and is due in full, regardless of guest attendance.

Winter Weather & Other Inclement Weather Policy
1. How We Decide Whether to Cancel
Events may be canceled if: travel is unsafe due to snow, ice, or extreme cold; a venue closes or loses power; or the National Weather Service issues a warning that affects our event time or location. Decisions are made as early as reasonably possible.

2. How We’ll Notify You
If we need to cancel, we’ll send you an e-mail to the address you used during registration. We’ll also post updates on Instagram (@SaintCityMahjClub). Please make sure your contact info is up to date and you’re following us on Instagram.

3. What Happens to Your Ticket
If an event is canceled because of weather, all registered guests will receive one of the following:
(A) if we reschedule the event, we’ll automatically move your registration to that new event.
(B) if we do not create a new event or you are unable to attend the new event, we’ll issue you a credit for a future event
(C) if, due to the nature of the canceled event, the event cannot be rescheduled & a credit would not make sense, we will refund your ticket price.

4. What Happens if We Don’t Cancel but You Don’t Want to Travel
Our tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person. So, if you decide you no longer want to attend an event, first see if you know anyone who’d like to join in your spot. After that, give us as much notice as possible. We will try to fill your spot via e-mailing the event’s registered participants (sometimes they’d like to bring a friend) & posting on Instagram. If your spot fills via a paid ticket, we will transfer your ticket to a future event. If not, the non-refundable policy will apply.

5. Private Events: if we cancel a private party due to weather, we will reschedule with the host.
